appointment: as a new client please arrive 5-10
minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out
a new client form.
cancellation: if you wish to reschedule or
cancel your appointment please allow 24-hours
cancellation notice. Otherwise, we do charge for
entirely missed appointment. Cancellation policy
is strictly enforced.
payments: mastercard, visa, cash and checks
are accepted. There will be a $25.00 charge
assessed if a check is returned unpaid.
being late to the appointment: please be
respectful to other clients and try to be on time,
call or text when you are late, the time remaining
for your appointment will be adjusted.
cell phone usage: while you are in the studio
please turn your cell phone off, so you can relax
